What is a PCBRN?
The DE-PCBRN is a collective of primary care practices from across the state of Delaware who are primarily devoted to clinical care and are interested in collaborating with other practices and researchers to expand the science of clinical care to improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and professional satisfaction.
Our Mission
The Delaware PCBRN is a network of primary care health providers and the communities that they serve, who have united to partner and collaborate with researchers to assure that the clinical, health services, and population health research conducted in the state is aligned with the needs and priorities of front line clinicians and the patients and communities they serve, with the goal of improving the health and well-being of all Delawareans.
